Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of CedarLine Provo Decks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Services Provided

CedarLine Provo Decks provides deck construction, repair, and maintenance services in Provo, UT and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete your project according to the agreed timeline. However, delays due to weather, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen site conditions.

A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. You are responsible for notifying us of any underground utilities, property lines, or other site conditions that may affect the project.

You must maintain clear communication throughout the project and promptly address any questions or concerns we may have.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on our installation services. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or natural disasters.

Limitation of Liability

CedarLine Provo Decks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage, but you are encouraged to verify your own homeowner insurance covers the work being performed.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with Utah state law.
